Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all services and deliveries by Ferretería Ripoll.

1. Identity

2. Applicability

These terms apply to every order, service or piece of advice provided by Ferretería Ripoll, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Prices

All prices in the shop include the applicable Spanish VAT (IVA), unless stated otherwise. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

4. Deliveries

For orders delivered within Altea and the surrounding area, the delivery date is agreed case by case. We do our best to meet the agreed date, but a delay on the supplier's side does not give rise to any compensation claim.

5. Returns and exchanges

Unused products in their original packaging may be exchanged or returned within 14 days on presentation of the receipt. Special-order items, used power tools and custom-mixed paint are excluded from returns.

6. Liability

Ferretería Ripoll is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the products delivered.

7. Applicable law

Spanish law applies to these terms. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Benidorm, unless statutory provisions require otherwise.
