What are your opening hours?

We are open Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 20:30. On Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00. We are closed on Sundays.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes, there is paid parking in blue zones on Avenida L'Alt Rei En Jaume I and the nearby streets. A multi-storey car park is within walking distance.

Which languages can I be helped in?

Spanish, English, Dutch and French. For other languages we do our best with translation tools.

Which area do you deliver to?

We deliver to Altea, Altea la Vella, Albir, Alfaz del Pi, Benidorm and Calpe. For other locations we can arrange something — feel free to call.

How much does home delivery cost?

Within Altea we often deliver small orders free of charge. For bigger volumes or further afield we charge a small fee. Call for an exact figure.

How much does a key copy cost?

Basic keys start around €4–6. Security and multi-point keys cost more, depending on the brand. Call or drop in for an exact quote.

Can you mix paint to my colour?

Yes. Bring a physical sample, an empty tin or an exact colour code (RAL, NCS). We use professional colour-mixing equipment.

Do you also install?

We don't install ourselves, but we work with trusted tradespeople in Altea we can recommend.

Can I get a VAT invoice?

Yes — let us know before you pay that you need a factura (VAT invoice) and share your company details.

Can I return a product?

Accepted Answer

Return or exchange within 14 days with the receipt, provided the product is undamaged and in original packaging. See our terms for exceptions.

Cash, debit card and credit cards. Account orders available for regular customers after sign-up.
